We specialise in frozen flans/pies, snacks and focaccia, for which are considered the best alternatives to the usual pizza and are strongly requested by consumers. IMPERA Food’s head offices, production establishments and warehouse are all located in Reggio Emilia, Italy.

For the past thirty years we at IMPERA Food have offered our clients the professionalism of a well-trained and experienced team coming from different sectors of the food industry.

IMPERA Food is a leader in the food making industry for its rigorous controls and for the newest technologies used. The products are characterised by their traditional and natural quality. All products are handmade following the HACCP rules and regulations.

Demand for IMPERA products are mostly national, although demand  has increased overseas, especially in Central and South America.

IMPERA’s  distribution networks consist of wholesalers, gastronomic specialty stores and supermarkets, confectionaries, bars, restaurants and bakeries.

Our Speciality, without a doubt are salty flan/pies, for instance:

IMPERA Food, ensures that the product is of the utmost freshness that is why we apply a flash freezing technique immediately after products are made. This technique rapidly freezes the product at -18°C even at the inner most parts of the food. Which allows products to remain fresh for an extended period, without losing flavour or nutritional value.  Also to further guarantee our products we pass it under a metal detector to reveal any metallic substances which may be present.
